E-Gift card

How to use the E-Gift card on the website

• E-Gift Card will be sent by email to the recipient's email address (e-mail) or to the buyer's email address (print), depending on what the website user (buyer) choose
• The recipient should select any services on the website and add them to their cart
• On the website in the shopping cart, click on the "Add a gift card or promotion code" button and enter the unique number from your E-Gift card. Click "Apply"
• A 4-digit pin code will be sent to the recipient's email of the E-gift card to verify the identity of the cardholder, as well as to confirm the debiting of funds from this card. Enter your PIN code
• The amount of the selected services will be redeemed by the balance of your e-gift card.

How to use an E-Gift card at a service spot

• E-Gift Card will be sent by email to the recipient's email address (e-mail) or to the buyer's email address (print), depending on what the website user (buyer) choose
• The E-Gift card holder must know the recipient's email to which the E-gift card is registered, and also have access to this email in order to be able to find out the 4-digit pin code in order to confirm the debiting of funds from this card
• Before paying, provide the service provider with an E-gift card and a 4-digit pin code.

If the cost of the selected services exceeds the value of the E-Gift card balance, then the recipient (client) will pay extra for his own funds.

If the cost of the selected services is less than the value of the E-Gift card balance, then the difference will remain on the E-Gift card balance or in the client’s personal account until further use.

E-gift card with the balance of funds can be transferred to another person for use. This person must know the recipient's email to which the E-gift card is registered, and also have access to this email in order to be able to find out the 4-digit pin code in order to confirm the debiting of funds from this card.

The E-Gift card holder can also transfer funds from the card balance to his personal account, through the "Redeem funds" function for further use and redemption of funds for the purchase of services or products. Attention: funds cannot be transferred from one personal account to another account. The transferring of funds from the balance of the E-Gift card to the user's personal account is possible only once and irrevocably.

Attention: We are not responsible for the loss of the E-Gift card / unique number and its use by third parties.

Attention: Your E-Gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

E-Gift Cards can be purchased from a service provider in person or online for any amount from $5 to $2,000.

For security reasons, if your gift card remains at a $0 balance, our system will automatically deactivate your gift card number. Gift cards with deactivated numbers can’t be reloaded or reused.

E-Gift voucher on desired services

How to use the E-Gift Voucher for the desired services on the website

• E-Gift Voucher for the desired services will be sent by email to the recipient's email address (e-mail) or to the buyer's email address (print), depending on what the website user (buyer) choose
• On the website, go to the E-gift card section
• Select the "ACTIVATE GIFT VOUCHER" function
• Enter the unique number from your E-Gift voucher. Click "Check"
• A 4-digit pin code will be sent to the recipient's email of the E-gift voucher to verify the identity of the cardholder. Enter your PIN code
• Under the list of your services, you can book the time and date of the service
• Go to the cart and complete your apartment booking.

How to use an E-Gift Voucher for the desired services at a service spot

• E-Gift Voucher for the desired services will be sent by email to the recipient's email address (e-mail) or to the buyer's email address (print), depending on what the website user (buyer) choose
• The E-Gift voucher holder must know the recipient's email to which the E-gift voucher is registered, and also have access to this email in order to be able to find out the 4-digit pin code to confirm verification of the cardholder.
• Provide the service provider with an E-gift voucher and a 4-digit pin code
• The service provider will enter your data from the E-Gift voucher in their appointment scheduling tool and book a time / date for you to perform these services.

Attention: Before using the E-gift voucher, it is necessary to book an appointment with the service provider for the exact date and time.

If the holder of the E-Gift voucher wishes to add additional services, then he must place a separate order on the website or purchase services in person when meeting with the service provider.

Questions

What if I lose my gift card?

Lost or stolen gift cards can only be replaced upon presentation of the original sales receipt for any remaining balance. The sales receipt will be void if altered or defaced.

Can I return E-Gift card or exchange it for cash?

Sorry, E-Gift Cards or E-Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Will my gift card expire or decrease in value?

No. E-Gift Cards or E-Gift vouchers that have a balance will never expire and are never subject to additional fees. However, gift cards that remain at a $0 balance will be deactivated for security purposes and can’t be reloaded or reused.

Can I reload my gift card?

No. But you can buy a new E-Gift Card online or in person when meeting with a service provider.

General Terms

E-Gift cards and E-Gift vouchers (collectively, the "Gift Cards") are sold and distributed on this website by Merchant (Service provider) under the laws of the province of Canada in which the Service Provider is legally located. EasyWeek (hereinafter referred to as "Merchant's Software Provider" or "Software Provider") is a company providing software for merchants (service providers) to sell and distribute Gift Cards and their services. EasyWeek is a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. EasyWeek is not a channel through which such Gift Cards are sold, and further this Agreement is governed solely between you and the Merchant (Service Provider/website), namely, it governs your purchase of such Gift Cards.

By accessing this website and by purchasing a Gift Card on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Service provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revisions and notice of such changes to the site.

The agreement governing your ownership and use of the Gift Cards is between you and the service provider.

Returns

All sales are final. You may not return, cancel, or redeem for cash any Gift Card after it is purchased, unless otherwise stated by law.

Risk of Loss

Gift Cards have monetary value and should be protected accordingly. Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards is transferred to the recipient of the Gift Card immediately upon completion of processing of your order. Neither Service provider nor the Software provider is responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or the remaining balances on such Gift Cards.

Stolen or Compromised Gift Cards

If you suspect that your Gift Card has been copied, stolen, or compromised in any way, please contact your service provider. Compromised Gift Cards will not be replaced without your confirmation and providing the original receipt. Subject to confirmation by the service provider, the remaining balance on a compromised Gift Card may be re-issued on a new Gift Card by returning the funds to the account of the buyer, and then purchasing by him a gift card for the same amount or services.

If you need assistance with the purchase of your Gift Card, please contact directly your service provider. Please have on hand your 4-digit pin code or be ready to provide your email address.

Purchasing

All orders of Gift Cards are subject to a process that verifies information provided by you for credit card authorization and fraud prevention. In order to purchase a Gift Card, you will need to provide certain information to Service provider or payment system, including credit card and related payment and billing information. Service provider, Payment system or the Software provider may request further information to validate the transaction. In the act of providing such information, you warrant that all information provided is current, complete, and accurate. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information are subject to Service provider's Privacy Policy (available at this website).

If there is a discrepancy, your Gift Card order may be delayed or held until the information can be verified. If the information cannot be adequately verified, your order may be cancelled at the discretion of Service provider, Payment system or Software provider.

Delivery

If the date you selected for delivery of your Gift Card has passed and you have not received confirmation that the Gift Card was sent, please contact your Service provider. Please have on hand your 4-digit pin code or be ready to provide your email address. Neither Service provider nor the Software provider is responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email (or shipping, if applicable) address or other relevant delivery information for the recipient.

Personalized Messages or Images

If the Service provider or Software provider deems any personalized messages or images provided by you are inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, your order may be delayed or cancelled at the sole discretion of the Service provider or Software provider.

Age

Only a person of the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law (or a legal guardian of a minor who authorizes the minor to purchase the Gift Card) may purchase a Gift Card. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live, or that you are at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website.

Limitation of Liability

NEITHER THE MERCHANT (Service provider), SOFTWARE PROVIDER, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, DURABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER THE MERCHANT (Service provider), SOFTWARE PROVIDER, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PURCHASE OR YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GIFT CARD.

IF A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY (AND THE MERCHANT'S AND SOFTWARE PROVIDER'S SOLE LIABILITY) SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD TO THE VERIFIED REMAINING BALANCE OF SUCH GIFT CARD BY RETURNING THE FUNDS TO THE ACCOUNT OF THE BUYER, AND THEN PURCHASING BY HIM A GIFT CARD FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OR SERVICES. SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY GIFT CARD FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.

IF THE MERCHANT (SERVICE PROVIDER) BECOMES INSOLVENT, MAKES A GENERAL ASSIGNMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF CREDITORS, FILES A VOLUNTARY PETITION OF BANKRUPTCY, SUFFERS OR PERMITS THE APPOINTMENT OF A RECEIVER FOR ITS BUSINESS OR ASSETS, BECOMES SUBJECT TO ANY PROCEEDINGS UNDER ANY BANKRUPTCY OR INSOLVENCY LAW, WHETHER DOMESTIC OR FOREIGN, OR HAS WOUND UP OR LIQUIDATED, VOLUNTARILY OR OTHERWISE, ANY OUTSTANDING GIFT CARD BALANCES WILL BE REDEEMABLE ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF AND TO THE EXTENT DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE MERCHANT'S TRUSTEES OR APPOINTED LIQUIDATORS. IRRESPECTIVE OF THE MERCHANT'S CIRCUMSTANCES OR THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE MERCHANT'S TRUSTEES OR OTHER APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVES, UNDER NO EVENT SHALL SOFTWARE PROVIDER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PARTY FOR THE VALUE OR OUTSTANDING OR REMAINING BALANCE OF ANY GIFT CARDS.

Warranties

THIS WEBSITE IS MADE ACCESSIBLE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Acknowledgement and Exclusion by Statute in Certain Jurisdictions

THE LAWS OF CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Merchant, Software provider, their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this site.

Trademarks

You may not use the trademarks, logos, service marks, or other proprietary designations of the Merchant, Software provider, or their respective partners or affiliates.

Governing Law and Adjudication of Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of province of Canada where Service provider is located, without regard to conflicts of law principles that would apply a different body of law. Any dispute relating to your purchase of Gift Cards shall be adjudicated in the jurisdiction of the Merchant (Service provider).
